Invitation to Exhibitors

The Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the 51st Annual Meeting held at the beautiful Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, California, June 26–30, 2011. The Annual Meeting brings together 450+ scientists, administrators and managers from industry, academia, government and regulatory agencies to discuss the most up-to-date developments in congenital (birth) defects including their nature, cause, mechanism and prevention. Attendees represent the disciplines of pediatrics, anatomy, epidemiology, pharmacology and industrial toxicology, developmental biology, obstetrics, pathology, genetics and dentistry.

Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention members make a difference every day, whether it is training and mentoring students, providing mechanistic explanations of developmental toxicity, assessing safety, administering therapies for parents and baby or providing solid advice. As a Society we continually demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

We are pleased to inform all exhibitors that there are no increases in booth fees in 2011. The cost for a standard 8’ x 10’ booth is $750, and a corner booth (8’ x 10’) is $850. As in previous years, the poster sessions, receptions and food and beverage breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall area to maximize exposure to the more than 500 attendees anticipated at the meeting in 2011.
