Reservations and Room Rates at Grand Hyatt Denver
The meeting rate is $189 for single/double occupancy. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based upon availability. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, May 30, 2017to secure the meeting rate. You may reserve your room online.

Government Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for government employees at a reduced rate of $178 for single/double occupancy. In order to secure this room rate, you will need to make your plans early. Historically, the government room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Student Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for students at a reduced rate of $169 for single/double occupancy. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based upon availability. In order to secure this room rate, you will need to make your plans early. Historically, the student room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your student ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel. You may reserve your room online.

You must reserve your room at the Grand Hyatt Denver prior to May 31, 2017. All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 14.75%. The room rates are based on single/double occupancy. If there will be a third or fourth person in your room, there is an additional charge of $25 per person per night plus tax. There is no charge for children 12 years and under occupying the same room as their parents.

Please make sure to tell the reservation office that you are a Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention meeting participant. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. Persons with special needs should inform the hotel when making reservations.
