Annual Meeting 2015

Room Sharing Program

The Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention is pleased to provide a Room Sharing Program. This program is designed to help attendees reduce the cost of attending the Annual Meeting. The room sharing program is open to all 2015 Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention, Neurobehavioral Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention, Organization of Teratology Information Specialists, and International Neurotoxicology Association Annual Meeting attendees who make their housing arrangements within the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention room block.

The function of the room sharing program is to help participants to find a roommate. The program does NOT secure a room for you. Please note that it becomes the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate with and to work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. The role of the Society is to maintain and distribute the list of registrants who signify interest in the program by the closing date. The Society does not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) represent that any room share which may follow use of the service will prove to be satisfactory to the participants.

Hotel arrangements must be made early, before the housing deadline, to ensure you secure a room with the reduced rate. Please note that if there will be a third or fourth person in your room, there is an additional charge of $20 per person per night plus tax.

More information about room rates and making your hotel reservations can be found here: Hotel Reservations Information Page.

The deadline for this program has passed. For additional information on the Room Sharing Program, please contact bdrp@birthdefectsresearch.org.
