Special Registration Types
Member Registration
The Member registration rate is only available to Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention members who have paid their dues through the current year. If you are unable to register at the member rate, it is possible that your dues payment has not been received. Please contact the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention headquarters to inquire about the status of your membership. If you prefer, you may pay your dues online and register for the event in the same transaction.
Student/Postdoctoral Fellow Registration
The student and postdoctoral fellow registration rate is available to all students and postdoctoral fellows regardless of membership status. Any students or postdoctoral fellows who submit abstracts by the deadline (March 31) and are accepted for poster or platform presentation will receive a full waiver of the meeting registration fee.
Emeritus Member Registration
Emeritus members are encouraged to participate in the meeting and the Education Courses. The Society is pleased to continue to offer reduced meeting and course registration rates to Emeritus members of the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention. To qualify for this rate, you must be an approved Emeritus member of the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention. For more information on Emeritus membership please contact the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention headquarters.
OTIS Members
The Organization of Teratology Information Specialists will conduct a virtual meeting concurrently with the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention virtual meeting. Individuals who are members of both BDRP and OTIS and wish to attend/access both virtual meetings should select the joint member registration fee on the registration form or when you register online. The Societies will validate the membership status of all registrants. Registrants who do not meet the membership requirements for both Societies will be responsible for paying the full fee for the separate meetings. OTIS members who wish to just register for the OTIS virtual meeting should contact OTIS headquarters. These individuals will have access to the sessions within the BDRP meeting agenda that are noted as “Joint with OTIS”.
DNTS Members
The annual meeting of the Developmental Neurotoxicology Society will take place virtually over several months and includes select sessions within the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention meeting agenda that are noted as “Joint with DNTS”. DNTS members who wish to register for just these joint sessions should select the registration type DNTS Member Limited Track. DNTS members who wish to register for the full Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention meeting should select the DNTS Member rate. Member status will be verified.
ETS and NBDPN Members
Special registration rates for the meeting and courses have been set to encourage participation by members of the European Teratology Society and National Birth Defects Prevention Network. Member status will be verified upon registration.
